Write a sermon
Choose New sermon. A sermon has five steps, and TMYG saves as you type:
- Info: title, main scripture, date, series, topic, big idea, audience and opening hook
- Outline: main points, each with subpoints and notes
- Scripture: verses with the reference, the text and your note
- Application: how students live it out, questions to ask, the response, and illustrations
- Manuscript: the full message, if you write one out
Preach mode
Choose Preach to open a clean view of your outline, scripture, application and manuscript. Tap a point to mark where you are, or use Next point.
The text size buttons make the words bigger or smaller. Exit takes you back.
Keep track
Set each sermon's status as you go. Filter the list by Drafts, Ready and Preached, or search by title, scripture or topic.
Export as text downloads a sermon. Delete sermon removes it.
AI assist
On the Manuscript step, AI assist offers optional suggestions. It uses Claude from Anthropic. Nothing else in Sermons needs AI.
