Calendar

How it works

The calendar is a year planner. Each event belongs to a month rather than a set date, so you can map out a season before the details are settled. The next one shows on Home under Next up.

Add an event

1. Choose Add event, or the plus button on a month.
2. Name the event and pick a type: Fun, Gospel, Service, Creative or Sport.
3. Pick the month and year, then choose Add to calendar.

Change or move an event

Tap an event to rename it, change its type or move it to another month. Remove takes it off the calendar.

On a computer you can also drag an event to another month.

Other years and past months

Use the arrows by the year to move between years. Months that have already passed are tucked away; open them with the Show button above the months.

Export to your own calendar

Export to calendar app downloads a calendar file with your events. Because TMYG events have a month but no exact date, each one lands on a placeholder day in its month. Set the real day in your calendar app.

Clear a year

Clear this year removes every event in the year you're looking at. Download a backup first if you might want them back. See Backup.
