Backup

Download a backup

Choose Download backup. You get one file with your church profile and everything in the ministry you have open, including students, calendar, nights, sermons, prayer, budget, places, library and messages. Keep it somewhere safe.

Check-in events and permission forms aren't in the file, because their links for students and parents are live.

Running more than one ministry? Switch to each one and download a backup for it. You can also download a backup from Settings, under Data.

Restore from a file

1. Choose Choose backup file and pick a backup you downloaded.
2. Check what's in it. Nothing changes yet.
3. Choose Replace with this backup. Sections in the file replace what's there now. Sections not in the file stay as they are.

Delete all data

Delete all data removes every event, student, sermon, prayer request, shift, form and message in the ministry you have open. Your church profile, team and plan stay. Type the word it asks for to confirm. This can't be undone, so download a backup first.
