On a phone: More, then Library
On a computer: More, then Library

Add a resource

Choose Add resource.
Pick Link and paste a link from Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube, Canva or any site. Or pick Upload a file.
Give it a name. Notes and categories are optional.
Choose Add resource.

Only the account owner can upload files, and each file must be under 25 MB. Leaders on your team can add links.

Find and share

Search by name, notes or site, or tap a category to filter. Open a resource to view it, copy its link, edit it or delete it.
