Owner and editors

The person who creates the church account is the owner. Leaders who join with an invite code are editors. Editors can see and change everything in your ministries, but not billing or team access. Only the owner can upload files to the Library; editors can add links.

Invite a leader

1. Choose Create invite code.
2. Choose Copy code, or Copy invite message for a ready-to-send note, and send it to your leader.
3. Your leader opens TMYG, chooses Create account, picks Staff / Volunteer and types the invite code with their name, email and password. Then they choose Join the team. They can also type the code and use Continue with Google.

Anyone with the code can join as an editor until you turn it off, so send it only to people you trust with your students’ information.

See who joined

Leaders who joined show under Who joined. To take away someone's access, choose Remove next to their name. They'll see that they're no longer on your team. To keep them from joining again, turn off the code they used.

Turn off a code

Codes you've made are listed under Invite codes. Choose Turn off to stop new people joining with it. Leaders who already joined keep their access. Need a fresh one? Choose Create another code.
