Set a monthly limit

The budget shows one month at a time. Use the arrows to change months, or This month to come back. Choose Set a limit, type the amount and choose Save. Change limit updates it later.

Log a spend

1. Choose Add spend.
2. Say what it was for and type the amount. The number of students and the date are optional.
3. Choose Add spend. Tap a spend later to edit or delete it.

Home lets you know under Needs you when most of the month’s budget is spent.

Cost calculator

Open Cost calculator and enter the number of students, the cost per student and how much the church covers per student. It shows the total cost, what the church pays and what each student pays.
